Cards Click is a technology platform providing digital business profile services. We do not guarantee leads, sales, visibility, or business outcomes.
2. User Accounts
- Registration via Google or Yahoo is mandatory
- Users must maintain accurate information
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations
3. User-Generated Content
- Users retain responsibility for uploaded content
- Cards Click disclaims all liability for user content
- We reserve unrestricted rights to remove, edit, restrict, or delete content at any time without notice or liability
4. Pricing & Plans
All prices, features, validity, and renewals are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.
5. Payments
Payments are final and processed via third-party gateways. Cards Click is not liable for gateway failures, chargeback, or technical errors.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, branding, and content are proprietary to Cards Click.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe a user poses legal, technical, or reputational risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Punjab.
